1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceClaw ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

VoiceClaw is a voice interface application for iOS and macOS that connects Apple's Siri to your self-hosted OpenClaw AI agent. The App acts as a bridge, forwarding your voice commands and text messages to your OpenClaw instance and returning responses.

VoiceClaw does not host, operate, or control any AI agent. It merely provides a communication channel between Siri and your own OpenClaw deployment.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own OpenClaw instance and ensuring it is properly configured and secured.
• Keeping your pairing credentials (6-digit code and session token) private.
• Complying with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party services you connect through OpenClaw.
• Any content sent through or generated by your AI agent via VoiceClaw.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of TechArtisan. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

VoiceClaw connects to your self-hosted OpenClaw AI agent via a relay server. The App does not control or endorse any third-party AI models, plugins, or services that your OpenClaw instance may use. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechArtisan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the relay service at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
